All our audience feedback gave some positive views about our music video.
A lot of our audience said that the black and white shots were very effective and fitted in really well with the style and lyrics of the song. This was very pleasing for Grace and I as this is what we wanted to achieve.
Some of the audience though that some of the editing was a little to quick, but Grace and I discussed that if we made it slower the visuals would have been a little boring and would not fit with the music as well as we managed to make the editing already.
Grace and I were really pleased with the comments which our audience gave about the visuals matching with the lyrics of the song, this was what we worried about the most, as we were not sure if the audience was going to understand the storyline of our narrative music video, but the feedback we got back showed that audience thoroughly understood the storyline which was one of the main aims we wanted to achieve.
The first question asked if the audience liked the music video, this was important to us as we needed to know if the audience stayed interested throughout the video or if they lost interest or became bored, but again we achieved the aim of not boring our audience which showed us that the audience were entertained during the showing and not put to sleep, this was vital information to us which we did not fail in.
We aimed this music video mostly at the young adults and teenagers, and we asked our audience what they thought about what aged audience they thought it was aimed at, almost every person said adolesence, young adults or teenagers, so again it shows we achieved the aim of what audience it would entertain the most and who we wanted to attract to watch the music video.
